Science Fair and Used Book Fair

 2010 Science Fair and 1st annual Student Council Used Book Fair!!!!!

April 15, 2010

All students 2-8 are REQUIRED to paricipate in the Science Fair.  See the packet sent home Friday, March 19 for more information and ideas. 

All projects must be turned in on Monday April 12 (the day students return from spring break!)

The student council his holding it's first annual Used Book Fair during Parent Teacher Conferences April 15.  Books can be donated anytime before spring break.  The books will be sold by the student council members as a fundraiser!!

Every Friday Student Council is selling popcorn and cookies!  Bring your quarters and eat up!!!

Mid Term 1st Marking Period

We are now 1/2 way through the 1st Marking Period!!!  How time has flown!  Anyone who has missing work on the board needs to turn in in ASAP!

Student Council is selling Cookies for $0.25 every Friday

Welcome new students to Sunrise Education Center!!! We are having a great new school year. The class is now 5th -8th grade. It is exciting to see many new faces and of course many familiar faces too!!! This year is going to be GREAT!!!

Summer is coming to a close and school supplies are on sale again! I look forward to seeing all the friendly faces on September 8th bright and early in the morning. Hope you all had a great summer and are ready for another great school year.

Some supplies you may need to bring are:
- pencils
- loose leaf paper
- spiral bound notebooks
- folders
- colored pencils
- box of Kleenex

Field Day

Friday, May 29th is field day at against Creative Learining Academy in Beaverton. Please remember to bring running shoes, sunblock, and wear appropriate clothing. We are still looking for parent volunteers and still need cookies to be donated for lunch!
